Our Process
Initial Consultation
It is helpful to sit down with you and talk about your home care needs. It is very important for us to know exactly how best we can serve you and your family member.
At this time, we will discuss health history and set up a plan (type of care and time frame) with attention to your needs. The written care plan reserves a Senior Friend as your care giver.
How much will it cost?
This is a difficult question to answer due to the variation in needs and expectations of service. The initial consultation will provide the information needed to determine pricing for your needs.
The initial consultation is free of charge. Most care plans are assessed at or around $20/hour. There is a 4-hour minimum charge for all care plans. 24-hour care plans are assessed by complexity and care required. Payment for services is required weekly.
Who will be working with my loved one?
All Senior Friend staff members have undergone thorough background checks and in-house inservice with specific emphasis on delivering compassionate and loving care.
What area do you service?
I work from St. Peters to Warrenton and Lake St. Louis to Troy. If you are located outside of this area, please call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Will you see Dementia and Alzheimer's?
Senior Friend staff are very familiar with the characteristics of Dementia and Alzheimer's and are comfortable and knowledgeable on how best to motivate and coordinate care in a loving and compassionate way.
